About Us

Meet Mondana

With a master’s in urban development, real estate finance and a bachelor’s in economics, my path has always centered on understanding human behavior and improving the quality of life. My early work explored the deeper causes of homelessness — and, by extension, what creates a true sense of “home” emotionally, financially, and culturally to build healthy communities.

In 2017

Since 2017, I’ve worked as a professional coach, blending insights from philosophy, psychology, and consciousness studies with evidence-based tools. I earned my certification from the Jay Shetty Coaching School and have completed additional training in human behavior, cultural integration, and personal relationships.

In 2021

I was invited to contribute a chapter to The Coaches Casebook- 2022, where I wrote about the importance of structure in coaching — how clarity, consistency, and compassionate boundaries create safety and trust in the coaching relationship. For me, structure isn’t about rigidity; it’s about creating the freedom to grow with confidence.

What I Help You to Move Through

• Emotional fatigue and misalignment — burnout signs, loss of interest, or feeling disconnected from the life you’re living.
• Stagnation and low fulfillment — sensing you’re not living on your own terms or can’t access your potential.
• Feeling unseen or unheard — carrying invisibility wounds, emotional misunderstandings, or long-standing patterns of being dismissed.
• Work-related anxiety — job insecurity, performance pressure, fear of instability, or constant emotional demand.
• Low clarity and life transitions — decision paralysis, future uncertainty, or overwhelm during times of change.
• A longing for deeper self-connection — clarity, alignment, purpose, identity exploration, and values realignment.

If you’re navigating any of these, we can move through them together — with clarity, grounded support, and direction

Coaching Vs Mentorship:

Coaching is not Mentorship.
Coaching is about unlocking the client’s own potential through reflection and facilitation,
while mentorship is about sharing the mentor’s experience and knowledge to guide the
mentee.

Experiences

Who Have I Worked With

Trauma and overwhelm do not recognize boundaries; their impact is defined by the person experiencing them.

While I specialize in supporting those navigating burnout or overwhelm — such as nurses, CNAs (Certified Nurses Assistants) or caregivers for individuals experiencing mental or emotional disorientation — the principles of Inner Mastery Coaching remain universal. My work centers on emotional grounding, self-understanding, and steady, practical guidance. In the past through referrals, my approach has helped people across diverse ages, professions, and life circumstances — from young adults and college students rebuilding confidence, to executives navigating major career transitions, to individuals seeking balance and inner strength during life’s most challenging times.

I’ve also supported individuals at the early stages of mental or emotional disorientation, helping them restore stability and, when needed, gently guiding them toward appropriate professional care or even safety resources.

While I am not a social worker, I work with families navigating the emotional impact of a loved one’s mental health challenges, including the grief, confusion, and complexity that can arise when supporting someone experiencing emotional distress or involuntary homelessness or housing instability. Across every circumstance, my focus remains the same: to provide compassionate support, helping people maintain a healthy structure, reconnect with dignity and renewed strength in the midst of life’s uncertainty"
